Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the Zan Arabia website and its digital services. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the Zan Arabia website, its language versions, contact forms, product and resource pages, installer locator, verification tools, warranty guidance, and any related digital service published under the website domain.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the website. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law are not restricted by these Terms.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about original XPEL solutions in Saudi Arabia, helps users identify suitable product categories and authorized installers, and provides access to product verification, warranty guidance, downloads, and official contact channels.
Unless a page expressly states otherwise, website content does not by itself constitute a quotation, purchase order, sales contract, installation contract, warranty approval, or professional technical assessment.
3. Product information and availability
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, documents, and installer information accurate. Products, specifications, packaging, availability, and approved applications may change without prior notice.
Images and videos are illustrative. The final product, shade, finish, installation scope, price, and delivery conditions are those stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order, or signed agreement.
4. Authorized installers and service providers
The installer locator is intended to help users find centers shown as authorized at the time the page is viewed. Customers should confirm the center’s current authorization and the exact products and services offered before completing a transaction.
Where an installation center issues the quotation or invoice, that center remains responsible for its workmanship, appointment, pricing, vehicle or property handling, and service obligations, unless Zan Arabia is expressly identified as the contracting service provider.
5. Verification, warranty, and support
A successful roll or product verification result confirms only the information shown by the verification service and does not, by itself, create or approve a warranty claim.
Product warranty is subject to the applicable official XPEL warranty terms, eligible product, proof of purchase, authorized installation, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim review. Zan Arabia supports verification and warranty routing in Saudi Arabia, while installation workmanship remains the responsibility of the relevant installer or service provider.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the website lawfully and only for legitimate personal or business purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, data, verification tools, or administration areas.
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through forms or communication channels.
- Do not impersonate Zan Arabia, XPEL, an authorized installer, another user, or any third party.
7. Intellectual property
Website design, text, images, videos, files, databases, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may belong to Zan Arabia, XPEL, licensors, or other rights holders.
No content may be copied, republished, modified, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except for personal viewing or downloading where a page expressly provides a download function.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may link to XPEL, map providers, social platforms, authorized centers, or other external services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Zan Arabia responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or transactions.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The website may be suspended or updated for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zan Arabia is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or from third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Electronic communications
When you submit a form, email us, or contact us electronically, you consent to receive responses and service-related communications through the contact details you provide. Electronic records and communications may be retained where necessary to process your request, document the service relationship, protect rights, or comply with law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent authorities or courts in the Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rules.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms when services, laws, or operational requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
